Shipping policy

Most Natucraft items are ready to ship within 1–3 business days.

United States Orders

Orders shipping to the United States are sent from Niagara Falls, NY using USPS with tracking.

Estimated transit times:

USPS First Class: 3–6 business days
USPS Priority Mail: 2–4 business days

Canadian Orders

Canadian orders are shipped using Canada Post Expedited Parcel with tracking.

Estimated transit time:

2–14 business days

International Orders

International orders are shipped using tracked international shipping services, including Asendia International when available.

Estimated transit time:

9–30 business days

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees or brokerage fees that may apply in their country.

Tracking & Insurance

All orders are shipped with tracking and insurance when available.

Once an order has been shipped, delivery timing depends on the carrier. We are not responsible for carrier delays, customs delays or incorrect shipping addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number and photos of the package/item if applicable. We will review the issue and help with the next steps.
