Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our mistake, such as receiving the wrong item, a defective item, or an item damaged before delivery.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

Please include your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and help with the next steps.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including custom products, personalized items, digital products, clearance items, final sale items, gift cards, and items that have been used.

We also cannot accept returns on items that were damaged after delivery due to misuse, improper storage, or use with incompatible materials.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If the refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Fees

We do not charge restocking fees. Approved refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected.
